Bursaries for English, Welsh & Northern Irish Undergraduates

English or Welsh students who have been awarded a maximum maintenance grant of £2906 by their LEA, or Northern Irish students in receipt of the maximum grant of £3475 by their ELB are entitled to receive a bursary payment of £320.

In order to trigger this payment eligible students must provide a copy of the Financial Notification letter from their LEA or ELB showing this bursary award, with a note of their student ID number, term-time address and the word 'BURSARY' written by the student at the top of the copy letter. This should be handed in during the registration process at the beginning of the session, or alternatively handed to the Student Financial Aid Team in the Registry, Fraser Building, 65 Hillhead Street, University of Glasgow, G12 8QQ.
