Note: If you are taking an examination which is divided over 2 or more halls please carefully check the timetable below to ensure that you attend the correct venue (students have been divided alphabetically by surname).
Timetables are published subject to necessary alteration due to student curriculum and timetable constraints. Students are advised to check these web pages at regular intervals to ensure that no change has taken place which affects their examinations.
Students are advised to record the date, time and venue of their examinations. All examination venues are available on the campus map.
Please ensure you know how to get to the venue where your examination will be held and allow sufficient time for your journey to the exam venue. Students should arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the examination is due to begin.
Departmental examination timetables are downloadable in portable document format (to read and print .pdf document files you need to have a recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer). This is free software and can be downloaded for most PC and MAC platforms from the Adobe website. Examination timetables can also be made available in alternative formats upon request. Please contact the Exams Team if you require further information.
Note there are 3 examination sessions per day, with the exception of Saturdays, when there are 2 sessions. Session start times are 9:30, 13:00 and 16:30. In terms of student exam load, students have no more than 2 exams per day, no more than 3 exams over 2 days (unless by departmental request) and limited crossovers (evening exam followed by morning exam the next day).
