Registry

The Registry is located on level 2 of the  new Fraser Building is located next to the Library behind the MacMillan Reading Room (link to Campus Map).

In Person

The Student Service Enquiry TeamĀ on level 2 of the Fraser Building is the point of initial contact for all Registry and Student Services enquiries.

The Registry may also be contacted by telephone between 9:00am and 5:00pm or by e-mail. The Registry is divided into teams of staff who deal with different service areas. Please assist us by contacting the the appropriate team depending on the subject of your enquiry.

Enquiries about

  • Academic Transcripts.
  • Certification of Student Status (for council tax, immigration etc.) .
  • Confirmation of Attendance (for Student Loans).
  • Distribution of Award/Grant Cheques.
  • Replacement Student ID Cards.
  • General enquiries not related to the areas below or if you are not sure who will be able to help you.
