The following forms may downloaded in portable document format (to read and print .pdf document files you need to have a recent version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer). This is free software and can be downloaded for most PC and MAC platforms from the Adobe website.

Fees Forms for use by International Students to make advance fee payments

(for payment of tuition fees by bank transfer)   When you accept your unconditional offer from the University you will be issued with your certificate of acceptance of studies (CAS) number which you will need to apply for your visa.   Wait until you receive your CAS number before you make your payment.   As soon as possible after you have completed the transaction at your bank to transfer your payment to the University bank account,   please complete the  this form and fax it to the number on the form or e-mail it to reg.fees@admin.gla.ac.uk.   The information on the form will assist us in identifying your payment.      Please allow 2 -3 weeks for us to trace your payment once it has been transferred to our bank account.        Once your payment has been received we will update the UK Borders Agency sponsor management system with details of the payment.   Please keep a copy of your transfer documentation and bring this to registration if you are a new student.
