Service pledge

Registry services cover a wide range of functions from registration through to graduation and we aim to provide the highest possible levels of service to students and staff, within the resources available, and to continually develop and improve services to meet changing needs and to reflect the University’s strategic goals. As members of a corporate service, Registry staff are committed to putting the needs of the students and staff we serve first.

 Complaints

If any student or member of staff is not satisfied with any aspect of our service provision, you have the right to have your complaint dealt with in a quick, efficient and effective manner. Any concerns, problems or complaints should be brought to the attention of the relevant Team Leader or Assistant Director of Registry.  Alternatively users may also contact the Director of Registry, David Bennion who will respond within five working days. Contact details can be found at www.gla.ac.uk/services/registry/staff/contacts/.
