What happens when you phone or drop-in?

  • You will speak to a Physiotherapist who will take your details.
  • They will ask some questions about your problem and your health in general.
  • This will take approximately 10 minutes.
  • No treatment will be given
  • Once you have spoken to the Physiotherapist, they will discuss if treatment is appropriate for you or advise you on the best way to manage your condition.
  • Occasionally they are unable to answer the phone or cover the drop-in clinic but, if this is the case, there will be a sign up or answering machine message left explaining this.
  • If the drop-in is very busy and they are unable to speak to you, they will take your telephone number and will contact you within one week.

If you phone or drop-in outwith the times, they will not be available to deal with your enquiry.
