Visitors - using the Library
Where are we?
We're located on Hillhead Street, directly opposite the Fraser Building, at the heart of the campus.
Can I visit?
We are pleased to offer members of the public access to the Library to consult our collections. Visitors passes are issued for one day only. If you wish to apply for a longer period of access, please contact Suzanne Hartley, Library Services. As study spaces are limited, we are unable to offer access to people simply seeking a quiet place to study.
You can apply for a visitors pass if:
- You wish to consult material that you have been unable to locate elsewhere locally
- You require access to the European Documentation Centre
- You would like to consult material held in the Special Collections Department
- You are a visiting student from abroad
How to apply
- Apply at the Membership Desk on Level 2 of the Library during staffed service hours. You will be asked to complete an Visitor Access Request Form
- Please bring a form of personal identification e.g. driving license or passport
