Borrowing for undergraduate students
How many things can I borrow?
More than you can carry! - 30 items in total with a maximum of 10 from Short Loan.
How long can I borrow them for?
- Books - 4 weeks (subject to recall)
- Short Loan books (Level 2) - 1 week, 24 hours or 4 hours
- Journals and unbound parts over 2 years old - 1 week
- Unbound journals less than 2 years old - overnight only
- Items on loan from other libraries - loan periods vary depending on the lending library. Some items are restricted for use in the Library only and can be consulted during staffed service hours
