Visitors - using the Library
We are pleased to offer members of the public access to the Library to consult our collections. Visitor passes are issued for one day only. If you wish to apply for a longer period of access, please contact Suzanne Hartley, Library Services Manager. As study spaces are limited, we are unable to offer access to people simply seeking a quiet place to study.
You can apply for a visitors pass if:
- You wish to consult material that you have been unable to locate elsewhere locally
- You require access to the European Documentation Centre
- You would like to consult material held in the Special Collections Department
- You are a visiting student from abroad
How to apply:
- Apply at the Membership Desk on Level 2 of the Library during staffed service hours. You will be asked to complete an Visitor Access Request Form
- Please bring a form of personal identification e.g. driving license or passport
