Learning and Technology

At present our good practice guide on learning and technology has two main sections. The first section addresses the question,'Why bother with learning technologies?'. This section looks at the arguments and evidence for greater use of learning technologies and offers practical examples. The second section focuses on electronic voting systems and interactive lectures, as there is particularly rich evidence that such approaches are valuable for student learning.

Resources

In addition to the material mentioned above there are now resources available for all members of staff at the University who are interested in using technology.  These resources are an outcome of the Journey of Innovations event that took place in June 2009.
