Set up

Print

Print jobs can be collected at any Pullprinter on campus (i.e. printers where you scan your card or log into the printer to pick up your printing).

  1. If the printer's touchscreen is off, touch the screen to wake it up.
  2. Swipe your Campus Card or Staff ID Card over the Pull Print sticker or card reader.
  3. Tap Pull Print.
  4. Select the jobs you want and press Print
  5. Collect your printing from the output tray.
  6. Remember to tap Log out when you are finished.

Scan

  1. If the printer's touchscreen is off, touch the screen to wake it up.
  2. Swipe your Campus Card or Staff ID Card over the Pull Print sticker or card reader.
  3. Tap Scan.
  4. Place your document either face-down on the glass or face-up on the document feeder.
  5. Tap Send to myself.
  6. Use the touchscreen to choose your scan settings including:
    • Black & white or colour
    • Single- or double-sided original
    • Lighten or darken the image
  7. Press the big green button to start scanning.
  8. If you have placed your document on the glass, you will prompted to confirm when you have placed the next page. Once you have scanned the final page, tap Start sending
  9. The printer will beep to confirm when the scan has sent.
  10. Collect your original from the glass or the document feeder.
  11. Remember to tap Log out when you are finished.
  12. Check your University email to pick up the scanned document.

Scanning in the Library

You can scan documents at printers on Level 3 and above of the Library.

Copy

  1. If the printer's touchscreen is off, touch the screen to wake it up.
  2. Swipe your Campus Card or Staff ID Card over the Pull Print sticker or card reader.
  3. Tap Copy.
  4. Place your document either face-down on the glass or face-up in the document feeder.
  5. Use the touchscreen to choose your copy settings including:
    • Black & white or colour (only colour printers can copy in colour)
    • Single- or double-sided original
    • Single- or double-sided copy
    • Lighten or darken the image
  6. Use the numeric keys to choose how many copies you want to make.
  7. Press the big green button to start copying.
  8. Collect your copies from the output tray.
  9. Collect your original from the glass or the document feeder.
  10. Remember to tap Log out when you are finished.

Photocopying in the Library

You can use printers on Level 3 or above of the Library to make copies.
