Purchasing credit
In order to print from an open cluster you need to purchase printing credits.
NOTE: Don't buy more credit than you need, there are no refunds for unused credit at the end of your studies
- You can buy credits online using a credit/debit card through your MyPrinting print credit account
- You can also buy print credits on level 2 of the Library via print kiosks.
NOTE: You will need both your GUID (matriculation/registration number plus the first letter of your surname in UPPER CASE) and a PIN code to buy print credits via the print kiosks - There is a sign next to the kiosks which gives information about your PIN code. - On occasions when the print credit machines are temporarily unavailable, the Library Service Desk on Level 2 may be able to add print credits for cash payment, normally in units of £1.
Costs
Mono (black and white)
- 5p for an A4
- 7p for A4 double sided
Colour
- 15p for an A4
- 27p for A4 double sided
Note: you are responsible for choosing the destination printer.
