Description of services

University of Glasgow is currently participating in a project run by UKERNA for JANET Roaming Support (JRS) which in turn is a member of Eduroam.

This enables you to visit another participating institution and gain access to the Internet without having to register for another username and password.

As a guest you will normally be given access to the Internet only, and will not have access to local facilities such as applications, printing, etc. The level of access will vary between institutions.
