Description of services
Help with Information and Document Management through the provision of an Electronic Document and Records Management System.
The EDRMS team can provide tools, technologies and methods to enable the management of documents, emails, multi-media and web content etc (any information not in a database) this includes:
- Document Management (including long-term storage)
- Integration with existing University Systems
- Migration of shared drives
- Business Process Automation (workflow)
- Scanning/Capture
- Web Publishing and Collaboration
Entitlement
Staff (including those registered with Honorary and Associate status)
Availability
24x7x52 subject to occasional maintenance downtime

Analysts request support by raising a call in the system to the ITS MIS EDRMS team.
Training
Bespoke training is designed and delivered to meet the requirements of those using the system.
Service standards
Acknowledgement of calls within 8 business hours and resolution within 40 business hours in normal circumstances.
Charges and fees
No charges. Centrally funded.
