Description of services

A digital signage solution providing a single point of contact  for uploading content to digital signage systems across campus, receiving syndicated content and purchasing the University recommended signage system. IT Services provides the technical infrastructure and software support. The Library provides graphical and user interface support. Student services desk provides initial point of contact and content management.


Availability

All services available during normal business hours. Signage screens are locally scheduled.

Support
Training

Basic and advanced usage training is provided by the supplier to system owners. There is a cost associated with this.

Customer Obligations
  • Content is to be provided in an appropriate format suitable for displaying on digital signage and according to the guidelines.
  • Content should be supplied in a timely manner with at least 48 hours’ notice before content is intended for publication.
  • University acceptable use of IT policy and guidelines to electronic publishing must be adhered to.
  • Subscribers to syndicated content must accept the feed as it is without modification.
