Description of services

The Audio Visual IT team offers a wide range of technical services and advice to support teaching, learning and research in the University of Glasgow.

Advice and technical support services are available from the basic projection and amplification to the latest in digital technologies.  These services are free of charge for everyday University teaching, learning and research, however, conference support may be chargeable.

Availability

Normal hours are Monday to Friday (8:15 - 16:45) and work outwith these hours will incur overtime costs and this must be agreed at the time of booking.  
Advanced notice of at least 5 working days is required for bookings, to facilitate scheduling and so that clashes of commitment can be avoided.
