Description of services
The University maintains a Microsoft Active Directory service.
The Active Directory underpins a number of services including the Exchange service, some aspects of the Standard Staff Desktop (SSD) and Common Student computing Environment (CSCE).
Availability
24x7x52 subject to occasional maintenance downtime.

Support
- IT Staff request support by raising a call in the Supportworks system to the “ITS CS Directory” team.
