Information Policy and Strategy Committee (IPSC)

About IPSC

IPSC is the Information Policy and Strategy Committee and is responsible for evaluating policy and strategy proposals relating to information and technology within the University and subsequently makes recommendations to the Principal’s Senior Management Group.  This Committee has responsibility for overseeing corporate IT projects that are progressing across the University by adopting a Programme Board approach to monitoring their progress and assessing alignment with corporate strategy.  IPSC meets 3 times per session.

Funding

If you are looking to get funding for an IT project, the IPSC is where you should apply. IPSC oversee all the IT corporate projects that are currently ongoing within the University and as such each project provides them with regular progress reports and where necessary exception reports.The first step in applying to the IPSC is to draft a project proposal.
