Templates

In order to create a new course or programme, you need to complete a Course Specification template or Programme Specification template. The templates for each College are downloadable below. These can also be obtained from within the PIP system.

Download and complete the appropriate documentation then log into the PIP system to upload them for approval.

In addition, each proposal (which main contain more than one course or programme) must be accompanied by the appropriate Proposal Support Document template:
