Configuring a workstation to update from WSUS

Note: This procedure should only be performed on Campus machines

First, ensure the workstation is running one of:

• Windows 2000 Service Pack 4
• Windows XP Service Pack 2 or 3

1. Click the registry file
2. When prompted to run or save, click "RUN"
3. When asked if you want to add information to the registry, click "YES"
4. Reboot

Next, you may wish to check automatic updates are active.
