Hardware repair contracts
IT Services has put in place three computer repair contracts with Xenon Network Services Ltd.
- Repair contracts- Payment of an annual charge to cover the cost of any and all hardware faults.
- Ad-hoc repairs - when equipment requires repair and is NOT covered by a repair contract.
- Agreed terms and conditions for repairs including
- a range of fixed price repairs covering common situations.
- Priority Server Repair Contracts - Payment of an annual charge to cover the cost of any and all hardware faults.
A priority 4-hour maximum response time, in a 07.00 to 20.00 hours window, is provided.
Please report any difficulties in the first instance, to IT Services administration.
- Each contract provides a different style of service with associated costs.
- In each case, IT services monitors the performance of the contracts.
