Thank you for the feedback! and congratulations to the winners of free print credits.

Summary:-You are generally satisfied with IT service. The lowest-rated aspect is PC availability in the Library, and printing received a low rating at the beginning of the semester. You made many other comments and suggestions.
ACTION ON PC AVAILABILITY
As suggested by several of you, several PCs with a maximum use of 20 minutes have been set up in the centre of Level 3, which should be useful for quick tasks like printing.
Shortly, various maximum time limits (with automatic logout) will be set on PCs in the different "zones" of the Library. This should reduce the tendency to "reserve" PCs for long periods using clothing etc. If you see a logged-out PC, you can use it. (In any case, don't leave personal belongings around - thefts do unfortunately occur.)

The chart shows the numbers of PCs provided in central clusters in recent years.
ACTION ON PRINTING
The new printing management system and new cash print-credit machines were introduced in the summer. After initial problems these are now generally working well; the occasional problems that occur are being pursued. We hope soon to pilot e-payment, and identification by student card on the cash print credit machines.
Double-sided printing has proved popular - it will save you money!
"Pull" printing is also planned; you will be able to submit a print job without specifying aprinter, and when you are ready, go to your desired printer and tell it to print the job using your registration card.
