What is it?
Allows members of staff to purchase a personal licence and download a copy of the software to install on a privately-owned machine.
What can I get?
- Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 (Access, Excel, InfoPath, OneNote, Outlook, Powerpoint, Publisher, Sharepoint Workspace and Word)
Office for Mac 2011 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)
What is the Cost?
£8.95 (additional charge of £9 for Backup DVD)
How do I get it?
Using your University E-mail address, contact:
quoting your Department and Staff Number.Staff Obligations
Where a member of staff leaves or has their home use rights terminated by the University, they must:
- Delete the software from temporary RAM and permanent memory of their machine. (ie uninstall the software)
- If purchased ensure that Backup DVD is destroyed or returned to the University .
Should a member of staff replace their home machine they must ensure that the Campus agreement software is deleted/removed from the old machine before installation on the new machine, as the Campus Agreement only allows staff to run one copy of the software for home use.
