Help with the Online Application system only

Tips on using the Online Application system:

Your account:

When you create an account you must complete both account details pages in the same browser window.
If you go directly to the page in a new browser window the drop down lists for Country of Origin and Country of Residence will be empty and you will not be able to create your account.

If you cannot login, try using Password Reminder from the login page.

When you submit an application, the expiry date for your account will be reset to the entry date of your application after your original expiry date has passed.

Your documents:

If you do not have scanned copies of your documents or cannot upload these, then use the pdf generator to create a document to upload and, in this document, explain that you will send your documents separately. Please note that you cannot convert documents from another format to a pdf file using the pdf generator. There are many freely available tools on the Internet that will allow you to convert documents to pdf format.

To upload additional documents online, please login to Online Applications and click MyApplications.
Submitted applications appear in the table of submitted applications.
Clicking on the application number in the table of submitted applications will open the Additional Documents page where you can upload your additional documents.

Submitting your application:

You may need to click the + beside My Details on the menu to view the pages under this section. Once all sections have a tick in the Application Summary box, Declaration will appear on the menu which allows you to submit your application.
