Binding: 18th-century mottled calf;  gold-tooled spine, rebacked;  sprinkled red-edged leaves.   Size:  202 x 145 mm.
Leaf size: 194 x 137 mm.
Annotations: At the head of ι1r a line of text has been omitted;  in this copy it has been supplied in pen-and-ink, probably in the printer’s office - as in the three copies described by BMC and copy 1 of Bod-inc.   A line of text has also dropped out at the head of ρ1r and this too has been supplied in pen-and-ink at the foot of π8v.   On front free endpaper an 18th-century price “2- -” and on rear pastedown “aaa”.
