Provenance: Pontremoli (Tuscany), Augustinian Convent of SS. Annunziata:  inscription on p5r “Ad vsu[m] Co[n]ue[n]tus s[anc]te Marie ano[n]tiate po[n]tremuli”;  repeated in Latin on t4r, and in Italian “Questo libro sie ad uso del co[n]ue[n]to de santa Maria nuntiata de pontremuli” on b2v.
Andrea de Cassanis (17th/18th century), Italy:  inscription on a1r “ex libris Andreae d[e] Cassanis”.
John Veitch (1829-1894), Professor of Logic and Rhetoric, University of Glasgow:  source unknown;  details of price in pencil probably in Veitch’s hand on front pastedown “Cost £6-6- (Very rare - 1886)”;  number “104” written in blue pencil in top left corner of front pastedown (a numbering common to many books in the Veitch collection and probably an inventory number).

Annotations: Copious marginal annotations in several 16th-century hands;  two unread ownership inscriptions on a1r (one obliterated with ink, the other largely erased);  partially obliterated ownership inscription in Italian on y5v beginning “Questo libro e d[e]l con[ven]to di [...]”;  19th-century catalogue(?) number in pencil “156/O” on front pastedown.
