Careers in Research Online Survey (CROS)

The Careers in Research Online Survey runs biannually and gives research staff an opportunity to feed back on their experiences as well as input to future policy, strategy and career development opportunities at the University.

The questionnaire has been built around the Concordat for Career Development of Researchers (link to relevant HR portal section) and allows us to measure our progress towards Concordat implementation and benchmark this nationally.

The next survey will run in May 2011 and all research only staff will receive an email inviting them to respond.  The survey results will be discussed by the Researcher Development Committee to determine how these can be used to enhance the research environment at the University of Glasgow.
