Performance and Development Review

Performance and Development Review provides the opportunity for all staff and their line manager to reflect upon performance and development in the last year and agree objectives and development plans for the forthcoming year.

All employees who have 1 years’ service as at 1 May 2013 are required to participate in Performance and Development Reviews on an annual basis. The current review period is 1 May 2012 – 30 April 2013. Reviews should be conducted between May and 30 September 2013.
