Probation

Probation arrangements for academic staff, as appropriate should be agreed by the Convener and the Head of School/RI/Service at the interview stage and will depend on the experience and qualifications of the candidate.  Guidance for probation is available on the HR website - probation.

Probation for all staff grades 1-5 will be 6 months.
