Executive and Committee Elections

This Club is run by the members for the members, and the Committee perform a vital role in ensuring that the needs of the members are met. We need folk who want to get involved with running events, helping out at events, coming up with suggestions to improve the Club and generally getting involved with making our Club the kind of place that you would like it to be. There is a meeting once a month and a committee email list, and the amount of time that involved need be no more than an hour or so a month. Please think about getting involved and helping this Club be a success during the coming year.

Declaration of Nomination period for Elections for Ordinary Members Committee of Management Special Election for Executive of Committee of Management

Nominations are now being accepted for the positions of:

* Treasurer

* Ordinary Members of the Committee of Management

The Nomination period is Monday October 19th 2009

Nomination slips are now available

All nominations will be posted on Tuesday 3rd November 2009, and an election hustings will be held on Thursday 5th November 2009 at 6pm in the Club. The election will be Tuesday 10th November and Wednesday 11th November 2009, with the polling booths open from Noon-2pm and 5-7pm on each day.
