Mission

Estates and Buildings will provide an efficient, holistic service resulting in a safe, clean and attractive estate which:

• meets customer expectations;
• enhances the student experience; and
• supports the University's corporate plan. 

The following are the key principles and service values which every member of Estates and Buildings staff are expected to follow and which constitute common objective in addition to those which are identified as part of staff the performance and development review process.
