Student society room booking

Students are strongly advised to request or update their affiliation to the SRC as early as possible each session as societies which are not affiliated may experience delays in the process of their booking. NB: Societies which have not affiliated by Monday 22 November 2010 will find they are restricted from using University resources such as booking rooms for their events.

Societies are also requested to nominate one member as a contact for CRB and to use their generic student society email address to request and check on the allocation of rooms as multiple contacts can cause a great deal of confusion and delays.

The Societies listed below in the pull-down field against Society/Club are as provided by the Students Representative Council on 8 November 2010. This list is constantly updated by the SRC.
