University Property Services

Property Services manages all aspects of the University's property portfolio primarily in relation to valuation and financial matters where interaction with third parties is involved. 

Core Activities

• Property Acquisition and Disposal - obtaining property valuations, negotiation with sellers/purchasers and conclusion of legal transactions 
• Land and Building Ownership
• Property and Land Leases - negotiation with lessors/lessees, rent reviews, assessing market conditions, advising University Court in relation to lease arrangements 
• Property Rates and Council Tax 
• Valuations (capital, insurance, rental, rating, asset)
• Wayleave Agreements
