Estates Operations

The Estates Operations team comprises of a range of disciplines in the delivery of five main business components to maintain the structure, fabric and building services of the Estate and to provide facilities conducive to high quality teaching, learning and research, preserve the University's heritage and provide safe access to staff, students and visitors.  The business components are:

• Minor Works
• Repairs
• Long Term Maintenance (LTM)
• Fixed Maintenance Contracts
• Statutory and Legislative Compliance
