Glasgow University's Travel Plan
Glasgow University's first Travel Plan was created for the period from 2005 until 2008. It can be viewed using the link on the right hand side.
The first transport survey was carried out in 2003 and was used as basis for the Travel Plan.
The results of a "snapshot" survey from Spring 2006 and the staff and students survey Spring 2007 show the first progress made within the Travel Planning process. There was also a travel survey carried out for staff and students in May 2008.
Annual progress reports were written following the transport surveys in spring of each year. They give an overview about the implementation of initiatives and measures from the Travel Plan's action plan.
Autumn 2010 has seen another survey on travel habits for staff and students.
The Travel Plan has been reviewed, and the Strategic Travel Plan 2010 - 2015 created. This document can also be viewed using the link on the right hand side.
