Site Access & Regulations

Contractors requiring access to the Gilmorehill Campus must adhere to the undernoted regulations.  Failure to do so may result in the contracting company being removed from the Approved List of Contractors.

Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm

  • Report to the Estates and Buildings Helpdesk
  • Sign the site register
  • Receive a Day Pass for each employee (valid for one day only)
  • Receive a time limited parking pass (if required)

When leaving Gilmorehill Campus contractors must:

  • Report to the Estates and Buildings Helpdesk
  • Sign out

If remaining on-site beyond 4.00pm contractor must make arrangements by telephoning the Helpdesk on 0141 330 4457 to advise their expected time of departure from the site.  On completion of their works, contractors must report to the Central Services Gatehouse to sign off site.

Weekend/Out of Hours Working

Any contractor appointed by Estates and Buildings to work at weekends must report to the Central Services Gatehouse on arrival and when leaving the site, unless alternative arrangements have been made with Estates and Buildings.
