Operations Administration (Helpdesk)

Operations Administration (Helpdesk) is a central point of contact for Estates and Buildings customers and is situated on the ground floor of the Estates and Buildings Office.  The Helpdesk is operated by three members of staff whose objective is to assist the University community in an efficient and cost effective manner.
