When we get it Right

It would be great if you could let us know when our team has exceeded your expectations in order that we can pass your comments on to those concerned.

If we get it Wrong

Please let us know immediately to permit us the opportunity, where possible, to put things right.  We suggest that in the first instance you raise the matter directly with the person responsible for providing the service you are having problems with.  If you remain unhappy with the outcome please contact the Head of the Section.
