Telecommunications

The Telephone network provides a highly reliable service and over 7000 extensions across the University's six sites.  Most extensions have Direct Dialling-In (DDI) enabling external callers to dial directly to the person they require.

Switchboard Hours    8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday

Outwith these hours an automatic answering service allows external callers to dial users directly or, if they need further help, to be routed to Security.

Our services are professional, reliable and efficient and all service users should expect to be dealt with in a courteous and professional manner by experienced staff committed to assisting you.
