The University operates an e-mail Spam filtering service as part of its duty of care to staff and students. In the event that an e-mail message to any of the above e-mail addresses is assessed as potentially Spam, an automatic response will be generated advising the sender that (a) the e-mail message could not be delivered, and (b) what action to take prior to resubmitting the e-mail.

The information that you supply when you contact us will be entered into a filing system and will only be accessed by authorised persons of the University of Glasgow or its agents on a 'need-to-know' basis. The information will be retained by the University and will only be used for the purpose of (a) processing your enquiry, and (b) for statistical and audit purposes. By supplying such information you consent to the University storing the information for the stated purpose. The information is processed by the University in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998.
