The University operates an e-mail Spam filtering service as part of its duty of care to staff and students. In the event that an e-mail message to any of the above e-mail addresses is assessed as potentially Spam, an automatic response will be generated advising the sender that (a) the e-mail message could not be delivered, and (b) what action to take prior to resubmitting the e-mail.

The information that you supply when you contact us will be entered into a filing system and will only be accessed by authorised persons of the University of Glasgow or its agents on a 'need-to-know' basis. The information will be retained by the University and will only be used for the purpose of (a) processing your enquiry, and (b) for statistical and audit purposes.
