Pre-Entry Advice

The University holds Open Days in September and June for prospective students and an Applicants’ Visit Day is held in March. Further information can be found at: www.glasgow.ac.uk/about/visit/opendays/applicantsvisit.

The Disability Service always has an information stand at these events. Those students who would like a confidential interview should contact our office and this can be arranged.

Pre-entry form

If you have a place offer from the University of Glasgow and you have a disability, chronic health condition or specific learning difficulty like dyslexia, please complete our Pre-Entry Form (doc). Let us know if you would like this form provided in an alternative format.

Once your place has been confirmed we will make you an appointment for an individual needs assessment. You will need to bring either medical evidence or a Psychologist’s Assessment Report to this first meeting.

Extra time for exams

If you had extra time for exams at school but do not have any professional evidence, you should still contact us to discuss how we can help with our evidence requirements.
