Pre-Entry Advice

Pre-Entry FormOur service participates in University Open Day and in Applicant Visit Days. Prospective students will be given a warm welcome and will be able to obtain initial information about the provision available to them while on course.

For those who require a more confidential chat, a private interview can be arranged, on request.

We offer a fully co-ordinated pre-entry visit service with input from other student services including Accommodation, the Library and relevant Academic Departments as required.  Please contact our office for further details or to arrange a pre-entry visit.

To ensure appropriate provision is put in place as soon as possible we would advise you to disclose at the earliest opportunity, preferably prior to actually starting your course.

Should you wish to disclose a disability or specific learning difficulty please complete and send us a Pre-Entry Form. You can email this to us or print it and send by mail if you prefer. The form is also available in alternative formats.  When you have an unconditional offer, or once you have been offered a place, we will send you a letter requesting you make an appointment to see a Disability Adviser to discuss your individual requirements.

Transition from School or Further Education

If you had provision put in place for you either at school or in Further Education please bring along any supporting evidence you have to your first appointment with your Disability Adviser.
