WaysForward Programme

The WaysForward online self help programme is completely confidential and available to you during this year free of charge.

The programme incorporates the ideas and methods of Solution Focused Brief Therapy. This approach is becoming increasingly popular in service provision in Education, Health, and Social Care in the UK.

It is important to know that WaysForward is a non-directive tool. It will help you think about what you can do that might help your situation. There may in fact be some things you are doing already that help you deal with the problems. WaysForward will help you build on this and think about what else you could do that might help. It will not give you suggestions or advice about your problems. It will not tell you what to do. This is because you are the person who knows best what works for you.
