What makes you tick?  Stress Management Workshop

There will be a Stress Management Workshop running on Friday 11th November 2011 between 10am and 12 noon in the Fraser Building, Level 4 (only accessible by lift.)

In this two-hour session, we will look at:

§          What stress is

§          What causes stress

§          How stress affects you

§          What keeps it going

§           About lifestyle changes that can help reduce stress

§          The first steps to stress management

Numbers are limited, so please let us know if you are coming. Email Kate Connolly at studentcounselling@glasgow.ac.uk to book a place. 

This workshop is part of a larger programme being delivered by the West Wellbeing Partnership, Greater Glasgow Health Board, made up of the West Primary Care Mental Health Team, COPE (Coping Over People's Emotions) and Lifelink (Royston Stress Centre)

If you are currently waiting for a counselling appointment, we will contact you as soon as one becomes available, and your eligibility for counselling will not be affected by your attendance of this workshop.
