We will talk to you about the content of the weekly sessions, the benefits of daily practice and will answer any questions you may have or discuss points you wish to raise. Feel free to bring a friend and come just out of interest. We will be running the course again in 2014.
It would be good to know if you intend to come - phone or email - but you are welcome to just turn up on the day!

Mindfulness-based approach, often associated with Buddhism, Tai Chi or yoga, teaches practical skills helping to overcome life challenges.
It integrates meditative practices of bringing attention to the breath and the body during stillness and movement with current psychological understanding and knowledge.
This course is not counselling or therapy.
Mindfulness is based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn from the Centre for Mindfulness Medicine and Research at the University of Massachusetts.
