Group Counselling

New group starts Thursday 25th April.
At your initial appointment with the service, you can discuss if group counselling might be a good option fit for you. Please note group counselling is intended for those who are not currently attending individual counselling. You may attend individual counselling before or after the group.
Get involved in group counselling to:
- Learn about yourself
- Experience relationships with others
- Approach issues from a range of perspectives
- Get input, support and encouragement from people like you
- Take risks at your own pace
- Broaden your emotional intelligence and life experience in relation to others

Each group of ten to twelve members will be facilitated by two counsellors – Mae and Alan.
