Code of confidentiality

Purpose
This outlines our responsibilities and practices in respect of information on clients, and explains our policies on confidentiality and the management of personal information.

We are an organisational member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and as such, all of our counsellors adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy. This includes ethical guidelines covering confidentiality (www.bacp.co.uk/ethical_framework).
