Music in the University Memorial Chapel
Chapel Choir:
- there are 32 singers in the Chapel Choir of the University of Glasgow, who are auditioned annually
- singers include volunteers, choral exhibitioners and professional Lay Clerks
- in addition to the funded Lanfine Choral Awards, all members of the choir receive free singing tuition
The Choir sings for a variety of services for:
- the University Memorial Chapel - at 1800 every Tuesday & on some Sundays
- the Church of Scotland
- the Roman Catholic Church
- the Scottish Episcopal Church
- the Interfaith Events
As well as providing liturgical music in the Chapel, the Choir gives regular radio broadcasts and concerts, and has recorded several CDs.

The Organ in the University Memorial Chapel
It was built by Henry Willis III in 1927, and has been recently refurbished by Harrison & Harrison of Durham in 2005. Organ specification (PDF)
