Central Services - Service Level Agreement

Central Services Department is an amalgamation of Traffic and Security, Janitorial; Library Attendants and Mail Room personnel all of whom are employed within the University structure to provide a disciplined and reliable support service which ensures the safety and security of all people, buildings property and equipment, as well as the daily control of a regulated traffic system and efficient mail room operation. The service is committed to offering support and assistance to all employees, students and visitors.
