The UK Border Agency (UKBA)  provides a list of employers who are licenced to sponsor migrants under the Points Based immigration System. It might be useful to check the  register of sponsors - employers on the UKBA site before making an application - use CTRL F to search.

Meanwhile, on the TARGETjobs website each advert for graduate vacancies contains information about whether the company accept applications from those requiring work permits.
